Contemporary interiors, from a well-established brand
With over 50 years’ experience, we can confidently say we know a thing or two about interior design. It all started in 1970 when Carole Bryant set up Bryant Furnishing. Making curtains from her home suited Carole’s busy life, whilst raising her young family.
As the business grew, the next step was to buy a shop premises, which we did in 1978 in Bournemouth. Daughter Anne joined in 1997 and learnt every aspect of the business.
Carole and Anne enjoyed working together and building the business. Carole semi-retired in 2013, before fully retiring in 2020. Today, Anne continues to run the business.
2016 – a total re-brand.
Bryant Furnishing became Bryant Interior Furnishings. With a smart new look, updated store, company vans and website. The brand continues to be successful thanks to all the repeat business and recommendations by our loyal customers.
They are still based in Bournemouth at the same premises that was purchased in 1978, however now, it is a private showroom, office and workroom. Due to the Covid pandemic, Anne decided to close the “shop” so that she can fully focus on her furnishing projects and keep the service purely on “an appointment only” basis offering her clients exclusive service and access to their comprehensive fabric and wallpaper library.

Carole is retired but still loves to make things for her friends in the workroom and at home, and remains very much interested in the business. She has been and still is, a great business mentor to Anne.
